ECO NATURAL Hair-Loss Treatment Shampoo Bar

A concentrated, soap-free shampoo bar crafted with botanicals traditionally associated with scalp health and hair strength. One bar replaces up to 2–3 bottles of liquid shampoo — less packaging, more nature.

Ingredients

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii), Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera), Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis), Rosemary Leaf Extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis), Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita), Tea Tree Essential Oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia), Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil), Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Biotin, Kaolin Clay, Citric Acid, Aqua.

All ingredients are listed in descending order of predominance (INCI compliant).

How to Use

  1. Wet thoroughly. Saturate your hair and scalp with warm water for at least 30 seconds — this is the most important step for a good lather.
  2. Activate the bar. Rub the bar between wet palms to create a lather, or glide it directly over the scalp in gentle strokes.
  3. Massage. Work the lather into the scalp using circular fingertip movements for 60–90 seconds. Focus on roots rather than lengths.
  4. Rinse well. Rinse with lukewarm water until the water runs completely clear. Incomplete rinsing is the most common cause of build-up.
  5. Condition. Follow with a conditioner or apple cider vinegar rinse applied mid-length to ends only.
  6. Store dry. Place the bar on a draining soap dish or rack between uses. Avoid leaving it in pooled water.

Hard Water & Soft Water Guide

Shampoo bars perform differently depending on your water type. If you are unsure, most of regional Australia has moderately hard water; capital cities vary.

  • Soft water — lathers easily and rinses quickly. Use a smaller amount of bar to avoid over-lathering.
  • Moderately hard water — lathers well with thorough wetting. A diluted apple cider vinegar (ACV) rinse (1 tsp ACV in 1 cup water) after washing helps remove any mineral residue.
  • Very hard water — lathers slowly and may leave a waxy or heavy feeling if not rinsed fully. Use filtered or rain water if available, or add a citric acid rinse (½ tsp in 500 ml water) weekly to keep the scalp pH balanced.

Tip: If your bar leaves white residue on your shower tiles, your water is likely hard — the ACV or citric acid rinse will make a noticeable difference.

Transition Period — What to Expect

If you are switching from conventional liquid shampoo, your scalp may take 2–4 weeks to rebalance its natural oil production. During this time you may notice:

  • Waxy or heavier-feeling hair (especially in hard water)
  • Slightly increased oiliness at the roots in the first 1–2 weeks

What helps:

  • Rinse for longer than feels necessary — at least 2 minutes
  • Use an ACV rinse after every wash for the first 3 weeks
  • Dry brush or scalp massage before washing to loosen sebum
  • Wash every 2–3 days rather than daily to allow sebum regulation

Most users find the transition resolves within a month and hair becomes easier to manage over time.

Cautions

  • For external use only.
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Patch test recommended for sensitive scalps before full use.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
